The ChristmAS tREE

The evergreen tree is a symbol of God's everlasting love for us. A tree is not just a decoration, it is something beautiful that lights up a room with happiness and hope.

Donating

It is through the generous donations from people like you that fund our program and allow us to spread hope throughout the community.

mission & vision

No need is too small and no voice is too quiet to be heard. We will devote the time and energy necessary to spread hope to those in need.

Our mission

Hopeful Holidays is at the heart of all of our volunteers and the work that we do is extremely important to us. Our mission is to spread hope to as many needy families in the Hunterdon County area that we possibly can. To spread this hope we donate an evergreen tree to families to show them that people who don't even know them, care about them and that there is hope that things will get better in the future. We reach these needy families by working with Readington Social Services, The Anderson House, Family Promise and the United Way of Hunterdon County.

Through the years we have gotten to meet so many great people that through all of their own stories have ended up in the financial difficulties that they are in today. As an organization we have realized that in giving this gift of hope and brightening another person's holiday, we receive hope in our own holidays.

Every donation gives hope and puts a smile on someone's face. Think of your own Christmas celebration. Would it be the same if you weren't able to see that sparkling tree covered in special memories from the wonderful times you have had in life? Don't those memories give you hope for the future? That is our mission we want to allow all families to share in this symbol of hope; for hope is the greatest gift one can give.
